my 4 months old daughter is not gaining weight since one month what could be the reason??

A. Dear mum, the amount of weight gain varies from time to time. On an average, baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then it indicates good health.
