my 4 months old baby recently vaccinated and his thigh swelling since last 4 days how it will reduce

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he has received his vaccinations 4 days ago and he has a swelling at the thigh so apply ice pack on it twice a day and give him 7 drops of paracetamol sos
