my 4 months old baby jb bhi pee krta hai sath mai stool pass kr deta hai .aur jab bhi doodh pita hai to bhi immediately stool kr deta hai.Is it normal?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello good morning !! Yes it is normal in infants frequently passing urine,stool and immediately after taking feeds. If the baby is gaining weight and sleeping well then no need to worry.
