Q.

my 4 months old baby girl takes only 40-50 ml breast milk per feeding and only 7-8 feeding per day her weight gain is very slow

A. weight gain depends upon birth wiegth and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it. . . . . . .. . . . .

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and if baby is doing pee minimum six to eight times a day that means baby is having sufficient milk and also message your baby twice a day with allmond oil. and breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months. take care
