my 4 months old baby girl is having congested nose. it doesn't get resolve by applying saline drops, used humidifier also. she is not able to sleep and feed properly. please recommend some alternate method to ease her congestion

A. Give steam to the child 3 to 4 times in that indirectly and also put a pillow under the head of the child when sleeping it’s easier for them or anybody usually breathe in an elevated position so these things and I’m sure it will be better and don’t use fan
