My 4 months old baby girl fell on my mouth and hit her softspot on my teeth but she didn't cry.will it cause any internal injury and do I need to take her to doctor?

A. do not worry if the baby is comfortable now. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
