Q.
my 4 months baby is doing slight yellow watery potty for 5 to 6 times in a day. she is formula feed.. she has no other symptoms like abdominal pain or anything else..

See if it is a normal loose motion then it’s mostly because of teething if you do not see any other discomfort to the child then usually it is teething only which can lead to lose motions check the gums of your child if you see hardness or swelling in that area than that is the only reason and please consult your doctor also
