Q.

my 4 months baby discharging daily hard wax from his ears? is it normal.?

A. you have to clean the ears of the child only externally with cotton cloth. do not use anything like earbuds to clean the internal ear. this will only do more harm as wax will get impacted inside deep and will cause more problem. if you feel that the child is having some problems in the internal ear then kinddly meet your doctor for examination. if the child is having wax problem and not improving with drops you have to get it removed swith the help of your ent doctor.

A. I will not say that it is normal because kids normally do not have too much of earwax but if it is happening with your child then it’s not an issue you can consult an ENT doctor they can advise you with the right ear drop that you can use to get rid of this over the periodWrite Your Answer Here
