my 4 months 27 days baby girl doing red muscus watery stool from 7 days 10 times a day ,she is little active.what to do ,it's dangerous for baby

A. the baby is 4 months 27 days of age if the baby is doing red mucus stool it is infection baby is having you had to consult a doctor for proper medicines to the baby
