my 4 months 15 days baby has 99.4 body temperature. And her diaper looks like as attached, is there anything to worry. Baby is not she looks fine, and urinating correctly. should I worry or take her to doctor

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. such type of strains occur due to concentrated urine that is mainly formed due to you rate crystals. please give breastfeeding at more frequent intervals and keep the child in cool atmosphere and this problem will go away
