my 4 month old sucks his lower lips sometimes. Also put his fingers in mouth and touch his lower gum . crying more frequently. Can he start teething at this age? Any other health conditions if anybody is aware of?

A. Hi. yes teething can occur as early as 4-6 months. you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger or cold cotton cloth to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process.
