Q.
My 4 month old sleeps half an hour maximum day time and demand feed in 1-2 hour gap. he is peeing more than 12 times in 24 hours but pooping 3-4 days gap. Is it normal?? should i give formula feed? He looks soo thin also. bw 3.145kg now 5.6 kg

No need of formula milk your child has gained 2 1/2 kg in four months which is really very very good and there is no need to give formula to the child or child seems completely healthy when we talk about faith so there is no need of giving any extra milk and urinating and pooping is just fine and proper as it is supposed to be in this age of your child
