#AskTheExpert is it normal for new born baby to have breastfeed within half an hour.my baby is taking breastmilk every half an hour and he is peeing a lot. is peeing a lot normal,I mean it is more than 5-6 times in 24 hours

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. Newborn babies should pass urine more than 10 times per day. It is absolutely normal for babies to drink milk every half hour late. Feeding on demand is a rule that you should follow. Also, check if the baby is gaining weight properly or not
