my 4 month old since birth he is not making eye contact when held in arms but making eye contact when lying on bed .when in arms he is avoiding and turning to left and right.is that a problem

A. The baby is too small to make an eye contact... but to make sure he does notice things, try using bring coloured and patterns... and yes sometimes making weird noises can also help instead of calling him by name for his attention. don't worry this will work out eventually

A. according to my experience it's not a problem it's upto the baby's mood but if your baby is doing this continuously so you should consult your pediatrician.
