my 4 month old girl baby is not sleeping night time properly. night time time only 4 hours she is sleeping.. i think feeding is not sufficient for her.. iam trying to give formula milk that also she is not taking. what i can do any can help me pls

A. dear mum, many babies do not sleep properly at night. it is just a passing phase. if your baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient. you should exclusively breastfeed as per your baby's demand.
