Q.

My 4 month old daughter is passing 5-6 stools in a day. The consistency of the stool is watery and grainy. Weight gain is normal and baby is active. But 5-6 times a day is normal for 4 months old?

A. it's normal

A. if your baby is active than its normal. 7 times in a day it's normal
