#askthexpert my baby is 4months and 17days old. From 2-3 days she is passing the watery grainy stool (light yellow) 2 or 3 times in a day.She is a mix Feed baby. She is active and comfortable but I feel she has lost her weight ND she looks weak. Please help to find the reason of her watery grainy stool.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having feed properly and it is due to formula milk baby is having and also give baby bc21 homeopathy medicine as baby start teething process between 4-15 months.
