my 4 month old baby spits milk a lot even after burp , is it normal or tell me any remedy...??

Usually the vomiting reduces in this age because the digestion gets a little better but if there is a lot of vomiting at the end of the day child is active gaining weight and reaching all the milestones and showing no sign of discomfort then there is no problem otherwise you can consult your doctor once
