my 4 month old baby not poop for 5 days and pass gas is foul smelling,what to do please help

Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut . other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed. Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be giveeen as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .

Neopeptine Drops you can give five drops twice a day for five days it is going to help also I would like to tell you sometimes kids do not go without passing a motion for 5 to 7 days also but that’s considered completely normal maybe the foul smell is because of the fact that your child is not passing motion
