My 4 month old baby have dot in his gum ??? It cause worry

A. bubbly baby may be having teething apply dentogel on the gums of the baby For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. the mother you need to get an observation from the doctor before concluding anything be yourself simple gums are developing maybe it is a sign of early teasing so there is nothing to get a word or panic at delegated observed from the doctor and the also you must massage your babies comes with your clean finger to soothe him
