my 4 month old baby has runny nose, loose motion green in colour after each feed she is passing motion. also her urine frequency decreased don't due to summer or anything else. she is active and playful

And no other complaints than not to worry much. otherwise consult ur babys doctor.

The Child may not be having proper feeding because of cold and cough issues which is why the urine output has gone down and the green motion could be due to cold when a child is suffering with cold a lot of times I can pass Green motion and also when they are having formula feeding Green motion is equally common that time to
