My 4 month old baby girl is not at all gaining weight... She is very lean I'm very much worried about her... So please any one can suggest to make my baby gain an exact weight? I'm feeding her my breastmilk along with formula milk

So probably you should start giving formula feeding to the child along with the breastfeeding as that’s going to be much more healthy and appropriate for increasing the weight gain of your child so that’s very important for you to go ahead with as of now
