Q.

My 4 month old baby boy is sucking his hand all the time. Is it a sign of beginning of teething? Previously he would suck his hands only for either sleeping, feeding or diaper changing.

A. hi putting hands in mouth is a sign of mouthing phase. during the teething phase kids show signs like soarness and itching in the gums, irritated and cranky behaviour, loss of appetite

A. Around 4 months of age it's development called as mouthing , repeated hands in mouth could be because of teething and also development of GIT .
