my 4 month daughter is having liquid poop, she is both breastfeeding and formula feeding. her stool test report is showing some sensitivity. is it serious?

That’s normal you can just go ahead with giving some medicines to regulate it it’s not a problem this is not a massive problem that you need to be worried about but the doctor would be able to help you approve with appropriate medicine to be given to the child
