my 4 month baby when I need to start solid food for her which one i need to start first for good digestion and good food for her

A. The first food of the child is meant to be given after completing the time of six months not before that so if your child is completing four months that’s very good but you cannot give anything other than the feed that you have been given till now so please stick to that
