Q.

my 4+ month baby is having fever from yesterday afternoon.we have consulted doctor.and calpol is prescribed.his stomach sounds gurr gurr and also he is doing very smelly fart.why it is so

A. it's ok occasionally such episodes happen if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
