My 4 month baby got some white color patches below the mouth. can u pls suggest what to do and is there any harm and what are they

A. thank u for ur answer rashmi. may I know the reason for these spots and will they spread to another areas.. I'm not sure if that is causing itchiness, he is rubbing his face sometimes on me..

A. Evion vitamin E cream you can apply hopefully this is because of dryness of this cream is going to be very beneficial in reducing it down get if you feel that it is not reducing or it is spreading or increasing then please consult your paediatrician
