Bonnisan five drops you can give one time to the child this is going to help in reducing stomach pain and yes I think it is because of stomach pain only as you mentioned and for your knee pain I think it’s due to deficiency of calcium vitamin you can start with vitamin D3 for eight weeks once in a week and calcium supplement as well
