My 4 month 23 days old daughter has flat head at one side… and it is very much visible…how to fix this problem as I am very much worried about it and feeling guilty that I am the reason for her flat head …

May do not make your child sleep on the Flat side make your child sleep on the other two sides back and the other side which is not Flat and use a hollow pillow over the period as the skull is going to grow the head is going to take its shape and hopefully things are going to get much better as they are supposed to be
