you cafn give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by
the doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hi It is very normal for a child not to pass motion for certain days that they say so if your child is having discomfort then you can ask your doctor again for some medicine otherwise it would be considered normal for a week
