my 4 m old baby boy passing dark green watery stool that's why he get daiper rashes what should I do for him to remove rashes l have already use different type of rash cream

Give her diaper and nappy free time in day
Don't.over use diapers
In fact diaper Should not be used for the babies below three months
please avoid over use of diapers.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
for watery lose motions , she can be given probiotics droos
keep her hydrated by giving her BM
