my 4 and half year toddler refusing her nap....in 2 3 months..what can I do...and 9pm she feeling very tired

So that’s good only but there is no harm in that so stop giving a day nap to the child so that it is going to be easier for you to maintain a schedule for your child and your child is going to sleep right on time in the night so that your child is going to be fresh for school tomorrow morning I will tell you my daughter is about eight years right now and she’s freed by 830 or 9 o’clock in the night so that she wakes up fresh in the morning so I think that’s good only and she does not take a day nap so I think that’s a good sign for you to work on it right now
