my 4.9 year old daughter has very light and thin hairs under chin on neck area. is this normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. It is normal because kids have hair from the time of birth only so light hair are there on the entire body at some places it is dark and some places it is very lighter but that’s a very natural growth of the child so nothing to be worried
