my 4.7 years old daughter has white spots on face, how can the be treated

A. many times white spots can occur in children at multiple sites on body but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application (any good brand) or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away. if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional ddeficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection, worms infestation also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream. give plenty of water to drink. d
