my 4.5yr daughter is having fever for last 2to 3 days every 10 to 11hr the fever is back again I m giving p 250 5ml as doctor adviced im really worried.. pls advice

A. monitor temperature and as baby gets fever give medicine keep baby well hydrated and increase the water intake If the fever repeatedly appears visit the doctor take care
