my 4.5 yrs old son is having stomach pain for three days...and also loose motions ,one time a day..I m giving mftal spas ..but pain is not going completely..

See you just working on the stomach pain you’re not realising why the stomach pain is happening could be associated with some infection discomfort digestion related issues you need to fix the core problem so please consult your doctor and get your child examined
