Q.
My 4.5 month old baby is addicted to thumb sucking. She cry a lot when she is not able to find thumb while sleeping. Even it is very difficult to breastfeed her because she want to suck her thumb she cries whenever I take her in lap to feed her.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. you can just help divert the baby while the baby is trying to put thumb in the mouth and don't be very forceful as the baby does not understand what actually you are telling them

Teether you should introduce to the child so that your child can hold it and keep it into its mouth for better because I think your child is having its teeth now and you do so much of irritation and itching in the ground the child is desperately keeping it or finger into the mouth for feeling into their gums and they are very much irritating this time
