my 4.5 month old baby having fever for 4 days doesn't drink milk also sleeps more and only 5 times passing urine in a day.. I don't know why he is behaving any quick remedy there

Sleep regressions typically last anywhere from two to four weeks.
Don't worry..sleep regressions are temporary.
Make sure to feed your baby in an environment where there are no distractions. Full feedings during the day and just before bed can help prevent your baby from getting hungry in the middle of the night.
