Q.

My 4.5 month baby's weight is 7.700 kg. His pee count is 10+ times a day and he also looks satisfied after every feed. But from the last two weeks his weight is constant, neither increasing nor decreasing. Why is it so?

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feedeing. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of tdhe child
