Q.

My 4.5 month baby has not pooped from last 3 days 1 time I am giving him ragi cereals remaining all formula or breast milk wt is the reason for this and how can I clear this??

A. do not introduce food items before 6 month and continue exclusive breastfeeding babies on exclusive mothers milk do not sometimes pass motion daily sometimes they can go without diaper for one week do not worry if he is comfortable and feeding properly
