ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, what is the weight of your 4 and half months old baby girl? if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then do not worry. for healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
