there is a possibility that your child is havinggg nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not

please don't force feed your child
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
