my 3yrs 6month old girl is very active.she is not listening to anyone. she doesn't even fear anything. how can I change her behaviour.im worried

What behaviour are you willing to change for the child that is not clear to me because at this age kids mostly or extremely active and do they normally do every thing fearlessly only very few schedule find will have fear of anything so best to talk to your child and make your child understand things with patience
