A. it can be due to gastric or due to overeating. Give her more liquid and consult to a doctor.

A. hi mostly such type of stomach pain is caused by fast eating habit, not chewing food properly ,stress or anxiety , constipation, Force feeding or overfeeding etc so please give food in small quantity. do not force feed or overfeed your child. give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more. keep your child well hydrated encourage your child to do more physical activities make sure your child feel well cared and secured give mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
