my 3months old baby has not pooped frm 5days and takes less milk ,gets distracted while drinking milk and passes gas. please suggest

A. If still no improvement then give bonnisan drops to the baby

A. Apply hing paste around navel and gently massage tummy in clockwise direction around the navel and cycling motion of legs also helps and during day time give tummy time to baby
