Q.
my baby is 4weeks 5days old she hasn't pooped in last 5days but urinating 7-8times a day feeding properly but passes gas now and then... what to do ? is it normal?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. all normal.. Feeding two to three hourly initially till your baby learn to latch.afyer than feeding the baby on demand i.e. whenever your baby is hungry.. all the best

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. If your baby is only being breastfed or chestfed they may not poop every day. This is because their body can use up almost all the components of breast milk for nutrition and there is very little left that needs to be eliminated. After the first 3 to 6 weeks or so, they can go even a whole week without a poop.
