Q.

my 35 month old daughter is having a consistent cough. I'm giving ventryl ls 5ml twice and allegra 5ml once a day. but this time her cough is not improving? what should I do

A. recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infection or both. along with cough and cold medicine nebulization will be requiredd and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor if the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medication . you can give home remedies like to see honey gingerd and turmeric with milk.
