my 34 months old son hands and feet is 96.4 some times . is their any issue?

96° temperature is totally normal and you should not worry about it at all. When babies temperature is more than 99° then only there is something to worry. And 96 temperature is totally normal. So just try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently
