Q.

My 31st week of pregnancy is running. I eat normal diet nothing heavy but still I feel acid reflux whenever I excercise. What should I do?

A. this is normal in pregnancy because the growing it was replacing the stomach and the contents of stomach will be entering into oesophagus take a small quantity of water buttermilk to dilute the acid

A. good morning I would recommend you to make sure that you doing light exercises avoid doing anything to heavy to make sure that it does not affect the child and if it is not suiting you then you should reduce it
