Q.

my 3 yrs old baby is suffering from fever from 3 months all reports are normal like hemogram, typhoid, malaria, tv gold plus . giving medicine like P 250 syp levomac syp multivitamins too but no improvement plz suggest

A. thanks but sir I hv already given 6 dose of injection xone xp 375 (Alkem)

A. Hello , your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having a fever which doesn’t respond to routine drugs so give him injection monocef 250 mg twice a day for three days and then once a day for three days give him ORS spoon by spoon
